At Kiku Home Health Care, we provide continuous assessments of our clients' healthcare status and care needs.
Our registered nurse conducts initial assessments of each client and creates a customized plan of care based on their specific needs. We understand that each client's care needs may change over time, so we keep their care plan open to modification based on continuous RN assessments and monitoring.
Our registered nurse also supervises and trains our caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. We collaborate with each client's physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients achieve optimum outcome.
